Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Please include proof of purchase with your return.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we'll send you a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return required. Just send us a photo of the issue within 30 days of delivery.
Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items The following items cannot be returned: items damaged due to misuse, items without original packaging, or items returned after 30 days.
